This position is full-time hours, on-site in their Sarasota office. Compensation ranging $45-55K depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and data-driven Data Analyst/Database Manager to manage donor data, reporting, and engagement processes. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, a problem solver, and a self-starter who excels under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and manage gift data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain donor databases (Salesforce; 'Raiser's Edge' experience is a plus)
• Generate and manage mailing and E-blast lists for donor outreach
• Utilize tools like JotForm and ResearchPoint to expand and analyze donor data
• Research donor capacity and update missing data, such as addresses
• Prepare accurate reports and track pledge payments
• Ensure data is integrated into systems like Constant Contact for donor communication

Top Skills Looking For:

• Experience handling and organizing large amounts of data within an organization
• Experience with a database management system like Salesforce (HUGE plus if they have experience with Raiser’s Edge)
• Experience analyzing data and researching any missing data points from reports, findings etc. – need someone who is self-starter and problem solver

Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills, including database management and form integration
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills
