Robert Half - Project Coordinator

Our client, a growing company located in Rancho Bernardo, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist with planning and executing key business initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring project timelines are met and goals are achieved while supporting cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support project managers in establishing project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications across multiple teams to ensure project alignment.
• Track project progress by updating internal systems, monitoring task completion, and escalating issues as needed.
• Assist with data collection and preparation of project-related materials, including presentations, reports, and documentation.
• Act as a central point of contact for project updates, ensuring consistent and clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and purchase orders related to projects.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to optimize project workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or support role.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Asana.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.
