Social Work Specialist - Acute Psychiatric Care

Qualifications:

L.M.S.W., L.C.S.W., or eligibility for licensure
Three years of experience working in inpatient psychiatric or emergency mental health settings

Duties:

Provide psycho-social assessments and interventions for patients in crisis
Develop and implement discharge planning and aftercare coordination
Support patients and families by addressing social and emotional needs
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes
Additional tasks based on operational needs

Pay: $60 - $65/ hourly
