- Ability to compose well-structured and detail oriented letters for various business needs
- Proficiency in managing email correspondence, including drafting, sending, and organizing emails
- Experience in mail distribution activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of mail
- Experience in handling bulk mailings, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
- Prior experience handling tax documents or returns a huge plus
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries diligently and effectively
