Full Job Description
M&W Commercial Flooring, LLC is seeking a motivated and self-starting Field Supervisor / Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibilities include overseeing project execution in the field, conducting inspections, and ensuring that crews follow plans accurately.This role also involves managing on-site materials to ensure project completion. When not on-site, duties will extend to office and warehouse responsibilities, including conducting take-offs, requesting pricing, researching products, and organizing estimates for proposed projects.
The Field Supervisor will also assist in the warehouse with loading and unloading deliveries and preparing materials and plans for crews.
