Job Description

As the Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Design for manufacturing and new product introduction.
• Oversee, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Implement process improvements to reduce cost and increase productivity.
• Work directly with outside vendors to understand needs and communicate those requirements internally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing objectives.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical support to the manufacturing team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related concerns.
• Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manufacturing Process Engineer should have:

• A degree in an Engineering or Manufacturing discipline.
• 3-5 years of work experience in a electronics manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and statistical process control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the manufacturing environment.

• An estimated salary range of $85,500 to $100,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
