Job Description
As the Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Design for manufacturing and new product introduction.
- Oversee, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Implement process improvements to reduce cost and increase productivity.
- Work directly with outside vendors to understand needs and communicate those requirements internally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing objectives.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical support to the manufacturing team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related concerns.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Manufacturing Process Engineer should have:
- A degree in an Engineering or Manufacturing discipline.
- 3-5 years of work experience in a electronics manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and statistical process control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the manufacturing environment.
- An estimated salary range of $85,500 to $100,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
