Test Technician Supervisor - Hauppauge
The Production Supervisor will ensure the smooth and efficient flow of production, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of electronics testing technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance
- Oversee the daily operations of the testing department, ensuring timely and accurate testing of all electronic products
- Monitor and evaluate test procedures, ensuring all electronics are thoroughly tested to meet quality, safety, and functional specifications
- Maintain production schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines, balancing workloads and resolving bottlenecks in testing operations
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve defects in electronic products
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations in the testing and production processes
- Monitor inventory levels of testing equipment, tools, and materials, and make recommendations for replenishment or upgrades
- Maintain accurate records of testing results, production progress, and team performance, reporting on key metrics to upper management
- Continuously improve production processes by implementing best practices, optimizing workflows, and recommending process enhancements
