The Director of City on a Hill Kansas City serves in a unique position that:
Reports to the City on a Hill Board.The Board of Directors provides strategic direction and governance for the community, setting the ends for assessment.
Leads the City on a Hill Staff.The staff provides administrative support for the community, serving as liaison between the Core Team (a group of volunteer leaders) and the Board, overseeing the communication of ends with the Core team and the measurement of outcomes.
Supports the Core Team.The Core Team provides the means by which to achieve the outcomes supporting the strategic ends.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, Masters preferred
501c3 leadership experience preferred
5+ years of experience in senior management/administration preferred
Strategic planning/implementation success preferred
Experience in donor cultivation and relations preferred
Ties to Kansas City Catholic community preferred
Proficient in basic office programs (Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
Experience with CRM preferred
