We have a client in East Hanover, NJ searching for a Quality Engineer to add to their manufacturing team.

Reports to and assists Director/VP of Quality
Implement, establish, and maintain the company quality system in accordance with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 Automotive & ISO 13485 Medical as required
Represents company as liaison with external parties regarding quality systems and capabilities
Internal lead auditor
Participate in supplier, customer, and registrar audits
Prepare various company data reports measuring various quality and business performance indexes
Assure quality requirements are understood and attainable
Interpret blueprints & specifications related to geometric tolerancing, gauging & statistical requirements
Develop inspection plans and methods including fixture and gage design
Program Vision/CMM systems
