EIT Preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities- Design tasks include stormwater and detention basin, and infrastructure rehabilitation, various state and local permitting.
- Report preparation.
- Preparation of permit applications.
- Review of subdivision plans and utility plans submitted by developers for approval.
- Review development plans for conformance with local ordinances, including subdivision and land development, zoning, grading, stormwater, escrow accounts, construction administration.
