This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage financial operations, support innovation, and uphold the company's commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement across a diverse range of markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial management and reporting
- Strategic financial planning
- Risk management
- Tax and treasury functions
- Oversight of Information Technology and Human Resource departments
- Executive leadership and committee participation
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA preferred
- 10+ years of financial management experience, construction industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership and management abilities with excellent supervisory skills
- Exceptional financial acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software, databases, and financial reporting tools
- Strategic thinker with the ability to provide financial insights for decision-making
- High degree of personal and professional ethics and integrity
