Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

We are in the search for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in the Healthcare/NHS industry located in Connecticut. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, focusing on the successful planning and execution of large-scale projects related to our telecom platform.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of large-scale projects related to the company’s telecom platform
• Handle potential larger scale projects such as migration of Contact Center Platform and Carrier Migration
• Take charge of potential smaller scale projects including migrations of remote sites to Cisco platform
• Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for successful project execution
• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies and Change Management strategies to ensure project success
• Manage work hours and project timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Monitor and manage project budgets and resources
• Handle potential projects related to the migration of Clinical CC platform
• Utilize skills in About Time, AB Testing, Budget Processes, and Change Management to ensure smooth project operations.
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of Atlassian Jira
• Proficiency in using Cisco Technologies is required
• Experience with Cloud Technologies is necessary
• CRM knowledge and skills are essential
• Must be adept at ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Familiarity with About Time software is needed
• Experience with AB Testing is a must
• Strong background in Agile Scrum methodology
• Understanding of Budget Processes is required
• Change Management skills and experience are necessary.
