Job Overview:

The Performance Analytics Manager will oversee a team of analysts and be responsible for establishing best practices and developing benchmark metrics. In addition this position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various digital marketing channels to provide actionable insights and recommendations that optimize campaign performance, improve user experience, and drive informed business decisions across a company's online presence; utilizing tools like Adobe, Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and other data analysis software to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and suggest data-driven strategies to enhance digital marketing initiatives.

Responsible for connecting marketing performance data and operational execution to measure the success of inbound activity.

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?
  • Strategic Campaign Development:
  • Design and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across channels including Google Ads, Bing, Meta and programmatic platforms.
  • Identify target audiences, set campaign goals, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization:
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, including ad creation, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
  • Utilize A/B testing and other methodologies to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real time and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Analyze campaign data using tools like Adobe, marketing dashboards, and third-party reporting software.
  • Generate regular performance reports and insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Make data-driven recommendations to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Mentor and manage a team of digital media specialists, ensuring ongoing professional development and high-quality campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, SEO, and product marketing to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors to leverage additional expertise and tools.
  • Industry & Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and evolving best practices.
  • Evaluate and integrate new digital tools and techniques to enhance campaign performance.
  • Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Conduct regular budget reviews to assess spend effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media management.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising tools.
  • Proficient with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe, Domo).
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale digital advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
