We are offering a contract for an Accounts Payable Clerk position in Miami, Florida. As an integral part of our team, you will be tasked with managing and processing invoices, communicating with vendors, and tracking expenses. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial department.

- Execute accurate data entry related to the accounts payable process.
- Engage in regular communication with vendors and follow up as needed.
- Carry out the process of coding invoices for proper classification.
- Oversee the check runs to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking expenses and creating financial reports.
- Conduct account reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Use software tools such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in the execution of tasks.
- Participate in purchasing activities to support the organization's operations.
- Ensure the accurate entry and processing of invoices.
- Perform additional duties as assigned related to the Accounts Payable function.
- Ability to handle Check Runs efficiently
- Skilled in Coding Invoices
- Proficient in Data Entry tasks
- Experience in Invoice Processing
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
