New York - URBN Facilities Technician
Role Summary:
URBN is looking for a Facilities Technician - HVAC filter changes and general maintenance technician for fleet of NYC retail stores and corporate offices.
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HVAC filter changes across all retail brands and satellite corporate offices in NYC.
- Execute general carpentry, handyman, plumbing work order as necessary.
- Afterhours and weekend on call responsibilities on a rotational basis
Role Qualifications:
- HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, maintenance, and/or applicable trade experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with work order management software a plus but not required

Pay Range: USD $24.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
