Accounts Payable Specialist

We are currently seeking for a results-driven Accounts Payable Specialist in a temporary to full-time role. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience with a proven knowledge of matching purchase orders.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounts payable functions ensuring accuracy and timeliness, including reviewing, processing and reconciliation of invoices.
• Match purchase orders to invoices, verify appropriate approvals, and enter invoices into the system.
• Ensure that all transactions comply with company’s policies and procedures.
• Prepare accounts payable checks.
• Generate reports detailing accounts payables.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies with invoices and purchase orders.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Proficient knowledge of Netsuite is a must.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The individual in this position will be based at our Santa Monica location and must be able to work on-site.
