Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. General Duties:
  • Own broader P&L responsibilities for the site.
  • Act as a standout leader, driving overall site activity and ensuring operational success.
  • Oversee the tool room, engineering, and quality functions (dotted line to the Quality Manager).
  • Participate in customer interactions, including audits and visits (although not directly leading audits).
  • Team Building & Restructuring:
  • Strengthen and build high-performing teams.
  • Support organizational restructuring efforts to align with growth and operational goals.
  • Operational Oversight:
  • Manage the full operational process to ensure smooth factory functionality.
  • Oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring adherence to best practices and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage organizational change and adapt to a rapidly growing environment.
