Inventory Supervisor

Responsibilities- Inventory Management:
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels and identify discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Oversee the receiving process, verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders for quantity and quality.
- Manage stock rotation and ensure proper storage practices to prevent damage and spoilage.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise a team of inventory specialists, assigning tasks, providing training, and evaluating performance.
- Foster a positive and efficient work environment within the warehouse.
- Address and resolve inventory-related issues promptly.
