Lead Facilities Maintenance Technician
This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, awareness, and the ability to work independently as well as within the team.
salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities- Assist the Chief Building Engineer with work order management and oversight of performed tasks, projects, and work orders completed by the Building Engineers as well as external contractors and vendors
- Work order completion as assigned
- Daily, weekly, and monthly building inspections as assigned
- Communication with internal customers and external vendors or contractors
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Identify and solve issues related to building structure and aesthetics
- Operate a forklift
- Keep all work areas and maintenance shop clean, organized and safe
