Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
- Welcome visitors by greeting them professionally and courteously, in person or on the telephone
- Ensure efficient communication by accurately taking and delivering messages
- Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
- Possess at least one year of experience in a receptionist role or similar position
- Proven experience with receptionist duties including managing phone calls and customer service
- Prior experience in a part-time receptionist role beneficial
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to handle inquiries, providing accurate information to customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including printers and fax machines
- Ability to maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
