We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our clients team. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in insurance and develop expertise in commercial lines. The Account Manager will assist in managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all policies are administered effectively and efficiently.

• Client Support: Assist clients with inquiries regarding their policies, coverage options, renewals, and claims.
• Policy Management: Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and new business submissions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Maintain and update client records in agency management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact between clients, carriers, and internal teams, fostering relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Quoting and Proposals: Support the preparation of quotes, proposals, and presentations for new and existing clients.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, insurance regulations, and legal requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior account managers, producers, and underwriters to provide exceptional service and support.
• Education and Training: Stay updated on industry trends, carrier products, and policy changes through ongoing learning opportunities.
