We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team in Plano, Texas. This role is integral to our operations, with responsibilities spanning from guest reception to administrative support. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our visitors and will also provide vital support to our team in maintaining an efficient and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Answer and route incoming calls, providing information as needed.
  • Coordinate mail distribution and manage outgoing correspondence.
  • Organize, schedule, and prepare for meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain and restock kitchen and office supplies regularly.
  • Provide backup support for the Executive Assistant with daily administrative tasks.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to manage data and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain organized files.
  • Manage appointments and schedules with a keen eye for detail.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
  • Experience with answering multi-line phone systems
  • Strong customer service skills
