Job Description- Handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and proceedings.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, precedents, and procedures in the field of commercial litigation.
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's clientele.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Litigation Associate should have:
- A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Illinois State Bar.
- Proven experience in commercial litigation.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong research and report writing skills.
- Proficiency in legal case management software.
- A competitive salary range of $150,000 to $190,000.
