Our client, located in the heart of downtown Atlanta is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the VP-level Leadership. This is a great temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Also have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), organizational and time management skills. Experience maintaining meeting minutes, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports and other clerial duties as assigned. What’s in it for You?:

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities may include:
- Document Preparation: Typing letters, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- File Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, ensuring proper document storage and retrieval.
- Travel Arrangements: Booking travel tickets, accommodations, and transportation for staff.
- Office Administration: Ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment.
- Meeting Coordination: Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.
- Reception Duties: Greeting visitors, directing them to appropriate personnel, and managing the reception area.
- Data Entry: Entering and updating information into databases and spreadsheets.
- Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences for executives and team members.
- Communication Management: Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, taking messages, and responding to emails.
