As a Foreman and Operator with The Dock Experts, LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring project deliverables are executed within budget, quality, and safety standards while complying with all regulatory requirements. You will oversee and manage crews, perform construction labor on daily job site tasks, and contribute to the planning, coordination, and successful execution of all our marine construction projects from inception to completion.Your leadership will directly impact your compensation, with opportunities for additional earnings based on project success. You will also collaborate closely with customers, permitting and office teams, inspectors, and subcontractors as needed.
