Responsibilities:

Develop electrical load calculations using client information for electrical equipment sizing, product data sheets, National Electrical Code tables, and other resources.
Creating and modifying site plans, floor plans, single line diagrams, interconnection diagrams, and schedule drawings utilizing AutoCAD.
Reviewing client submittals and product data sheets to determine compliance in the drawings and specifications, Coordination with CAD Designers and other disciplines.
Determining conduit and wiring sizing using NEC tables, selecting and specifying motor-control centers, switchboards, panelboards and transformers.
Editing and developing CSI type specifications using Master specifications and the Styles formatting tools for project manuals, developing electrical equipment and lighting layouts for electrical, control, chemical, and process rooms
Develop grounding plans as well as selecting surge protective devices
Create, modify, and enter data into schedules such as panelboard, lighting fixtures and generator schedules.
