As an Associate Content Engineer specializing in Prompt Engineering and No-Code Tooling, you will play a support role in the development and optimization of our data analytics and visualization products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Associate Content Engineer will help create user-friendly interfaces that empower non-technical users to extract actionable insights from their data.
- Extreme Ownership: Take full responsibility for delivering promised outcomes to customers. Do whatever it takes to get things done when explicit promises are made.
- Bias Towards Action: Respond quickly to customer needs and internal requests. Be proactive in seeking help when necessary, especially during critical situations. Understand that urgent issues ("fires") are measured in minutes, not hours or days, and swift action is essential to demonstrate ownership.
- Assist product owners and engineering leads in supporting the end-to-end vision of AI-driven products.
- Collaborate with content engineers to make decisions around AI implementation strategies using GPT and no-code tools.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with stakeholders, customers and team members.
- Support a collaborative and high-performing team environment with a positive, results-oriented attitude.
- Manage project timelines effectively and meet appropriate deadlines.
- Communicate with engineering teams regarding any roadblocks and diligently follow up on unmet deadlines.
- Encourage open discussions of new ideas and differing viewpoints to enhance AI solutions.
- Continuous Learning of new and updated AI driven technologies to continue to enhance our product offerings.
- Use GPT and no-code tools to design and implement AI-driven solutions (e.g., AI phone calls) that meet specific customer outcomes.
- Rapidly test and iterate on GPT prompts to refine AI outputs based on user feedback.
- Build and deploy AI implementations for customers using our no-code tooling.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI and no-code tooling to continually improve our products.
- Develop GPT prompts across various operational business units to address specific needs.
- Build new AI-driven content for both new and existing customers across the company.
- Assist in creating campaign infrastructure and automation within the PRM.
- Contribute to advancing conversational AI functionalities to enhance our navigation programs.
Requirements
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Interaction Design, HCI) or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with GPT or similar AI content generation technologies.
- Basic understanding of no-code tools.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and concisely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other OpenAI products.
- Background in content creation or digital marketing.
- Experience with no-code or low-code platforms is a plus.
Competencies (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities):
- Ability to build relationships across the company to effectively design products.
- Knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
