Project Manager

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success and align IT initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and dependencies.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (development, infrastructure, QA, etc.) and external vendors or contractors.
• Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and executives.
• Conduct project meetings, including status updates, reviews, and post-project evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Manage project budgets, including resource allocation and cost tracking.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
• Ensure quality assurance and project deliverables meet established standards.
• Foster a collaborative and effective working environment with all project stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, helping to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of software development and IT infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, cloud computing, or enterprise software development projects.
• Familiarity with change management processes and software deployment strategies.
• Experience working in Agile development environments or with Scrum teams.
