House Manager

Residential House Manager – Full Time

The hired team member will work in Baltimore County, MD and the surrounding areas; we offer flexible schedules.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assures that assigned residence meets the safety and health standards of the agency, state, and local regulatory groups.
• Trains, evaluates, and supervise direct-care staff working in the home.
• Is responsible for assuring that client Individual Plans (IP’s) are regularly implemented, evaluated for effectiveness, and appropriateness.
• Team Leader to assure that unit clients are medically cared for as required

Qualifications and Experience:

• A high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited school
• 21 years or older
• 1-year (preferred) experience working with intellectual and or physically disabled individuals in a residential setting, and/or strong evidence of aptitudes and abilities that would allow one to meet the responsibilities and duties as described above.
• A valid Maryland Driver's License with two points or less on your driving record.
• Successfully pass background checks, drug test and reference checks will be performed prior to hire.
