Maintenance Team Lead
You’ll be responsible for electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, ensuring optimal production performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement efforts, participate in a team-oriented atmosphere, and maintain a safe working environment.

Responsibilities- Perform proactive maintenance on electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure production goals are met.
- Conduct preventative maintenance following manufacturer specifications.
- Utilize strong PLC and robotic knowledge to perform system repairs and upgrades.
- Maintain the building, repair equipment, and fabricate necessary components.
- Manage maintenance software programs to track repairs and equipment performance.
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities, promoting teamwork and safety.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, health and safety, and environmental legislation.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in Maintenance, Electrical Engineering, HVAC, PLC, or Robotics preferred.
- 2-4 years of industrial maintenance experience, with knowledge in PLC (OMRON/AB), robotics (Fanuc), electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Preference for candidates with industrial electrician or millwright certification (442A or Red Seal).
- Experience with paint application systems is an asset.
- strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
- WHMIS, Lock-out/Tag-out, Crane, and Lift Truck training required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and work in high-pressure situations.
