Robert Half is looking for a professional Accounts Payable Clerk to add to the Allentown, PA area! In this A/P role, you will maintain accounting records, responsible for completing payments, and reconciling invoices. This is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to find their long-term fit!

Job Responsibilities
  • Verify, code, and process invoices, ensuring all necessary approvals are in place and policies are followed.
  • Maintain the general ledger by reconciling accounts payable entries and identifying issues.
  • Manage vendor relationships, handle inquiries, and follow up on payment issues.
  • Prepare regular AP reports, assist in month-end close activities, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Review expense reports for accuracy and compliance with policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in accounting or finance preferred, with 1–3 years of AP experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work under deadlines.
