The typical schedule for a Parts Counterperson is Monday through Friday, plus some Saturdays.

Automotive Parts Counterperson Requirements- Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a clean, valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma, Vocational/Technical School Graduate or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience working as a parts counter salesperson in a dealership setting preferred.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to understand manufacturers specifications.
