PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/Qualifications
Supervise daily operations of the batching, bulk unloader, and staging including: following basic production scheduling, work assignments, employee supervision, counseling, employee safety and administration of company policies and procedures.
Prepare written performance evaluations and counsel employees as needed.Resolve any employee issues and document disciplinary actions and performance recognition to all employees in their area.
Train all batching employees to include blending of all types of products produced.
Manage blenders; blending leads, stager, bulk receiver.
A high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred.
Forklift certification 1 year2 years experience in manufacturing; 1 year of supervisory experience required.
Compensation/Benefits:
