Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

General:

  • Responsible for all sales operations needs of Walmart, holding high level responsibility
  • Extensive coordination and follow up between planning, sales, production, design, licensing, EDI, and Walmart
  • Run Sales Ops team, including Direct Reports.
  • Manage administrative functions to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Own both WM and internal system processes

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain Seasonal Tracker by department
  • Flex PLM- Seasonal and Style management
  • Sample Management & Showroom Coordination- ordering, receiving, organizing and maintenance
  • Diligently review and manage ADS/AEX/ Quote from WM
  • QIWS ownership- dims/ weights/ UPCs
  • Work and manage Production Orders (from bulk to final)
  • Production- work directly with overseas coordinators and maintain product life cycle.
  • Approve and manage product details (price tickets, UPCs, GTINs, carton markings, etc)
  • Licensing Liaison – royalty reporting, requests from licensors, line sheets
  • Cross Functional – partner with internal colleagues (production, imports, shipping, operations)
  • Perform other duties & special projects to assist Sales & Planning teams

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:

  • Must have knowledge of Retail Link (focusing on Item 360) and Packaging Tool Kits
  • Strong Excel skills
  • 3-5 years related Walmart Experience
  • Excellent customer service skills required - position will communicate directly Walmart buying team and cross functional teams
  • Deadline management to ensure we stay on track
  • Organized, self-motivated, with a problem-solving mentality
  • Experience with SAP a plus
  • Project Management Skills- Ad hoc requests as needed and can multitask in a fast-paced organization

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000

The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process.

Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
