Controller

We are in search of a Controller to join our team near Springfield, Massachusetts. The individual will be instrumental in managing customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role also includes the oversight of customer accounts and taking necessary action.

• Oversee customer accounts and execute appropriate actions
• Prepare financial statements and journal entries on a regular basis
• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data
• Work with Accounting Software Systems for financial management and reporting
• Conduct month-end close activities in a timely and accurate manner
• Possess expertise in Month End Close processes and procedures.
• Have a strong understanding and practical experience with Journal Entries.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Financial Statement Preparation.
• Must be adept at Account Reconciliation.
• Show proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and reporting.
