Incident Response Recovery Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and serve as the primary security contact for clients and stakeholders during recovery operations.
- Prioritize and manage recovery tasks based on business needs while ensuring adherence to security best practices.
- Communicate and coordinate with the PMO on project tasks, status updates, and escalations.
- Implement best practices in incident response, cybersecurity analysis, and case management.
- Ensure the security, manageability, and operational stability of IT services in recovery.
Must have knowledge and experience:
- Knowledge of Dell and/or VMware products.
- Experience in incident response.
- Security domain expertise.
- Flexibility to travel to client locations as needed.
