- This 24-hour skilled nursing facility provides Alzheimer’s care, long-term care, and rehabilitation services. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your key responsibilities include:Providing direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN.
- Conducting frequent rounds to evaluate residents' status.
- Administering medications as required by physicians.
- Providing wound care.
- Documenting care in line with facility policies and procedures.
- Overseeing nursing assistants to ensure assignments are completed.
Licensure:
- Must hold a current and valid LVN/LPN license in the state of practice.
Certification:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
