Assistant Project Manager

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our client in the Freehold, NJ area. If you're a quick learner with strong communication skills and love working in a fast-paced environment, we want you!
What You'll Do:
- Review architectural and engineering plans and send RFPs to subcontractors.
- Organize and evaluate bids to create accurate project budgets and schedules.
- Manage permitting, insurance, and site safety with our Compliance Team.
- Assist in client sample selections and approvals.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to keep everything running smoothly using Procore.
- Keep project documents organized and up-to-date.
- Process purchase orders, change orders, and manage invoicing with the Accounting Team.
- Prepare AIA payment requests.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of construction or real estate experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to think ahead and plan 90+ days in advance.
- Procore certification.
- Experience with Jonas Premier.
