Role Title: Group Fitness Coach

Location: Bridle Trails, WA

About Sasquatch:

At Sasquatch, we know that strength training is the gateway to long term wellness; We know that good relationships are the precursor to long and fulfilling lives and we know that everyone deserves the confidence that comes from feeling good in their own skin.

That’s why we’ve designed a program that gives real, regular people what they need: results that last, confidence, and peace of mind knowing their health is “taken care of”. We also know that our members’ lives don’t begin and end in the gym, so we emphasize the importance of “the other 23” – all the hours that they aren’t with us in the gym.

Our mission is to make the world stronger, one person at a time. We carry out that mission through our core values:

  1. Be Warm – We care genuinely about people, and it shows.
  2. Be Honest – We tell the truth, even when it’s hard.
  3. Be Willing – We do what it takes.
  4. Believe – We believe in ourselves, our teams, and everything Sasquatch, or we aren’t here.

Role Overview:

Are you ready to ignite energy and inspire transformation? At Sasquatch Strength, we are seeking a dynamic Group Fitness Coach who thrives on making every workout an exhilarating experience. If you have a passion for fitness and a gift for motivating others, this is your chance to become a pivotal part of a team that changes lives daily.

As a Group Fitness Coach at Sasquatch Strength, your role is pivotal in empowering members through challenging yet rewarding fitness classes that reflect our core values of warmth, honesty, willingness, and belief. You are not just a coach; you are an influencer who makes every session an opportunity for members to exceed their own expectations.

Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will set the tone for each training session. Each session you lead will not only strengthen bodies but also build confidence and community among our members. This role allows you to showcase your persuasive skills by encouraging members to engage fully and return eagerly to their next session.

Beyond teaching, you will also contribute to the gym’s vibrant community by participating in and sometimes leading community events. Your involvement extends from the workout floor to team meetings and continuous professional development sessions, where you will share insights and strategies to enhance our group training offerings.

This role is designed for someone who is naturally charismatic, enjoys being in the spotlight, and excels in a vibrant, social environment. If you are ready to step into a role where your energy and passion for fitness can lead others to healthier, happier lives, we invite you to apply.
