salary: $21 - $21.01 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities- Efficiently receives all medical orders, and office supply orders from Supervisors.
- Collects and arranges all orders accordingly for processing and will follow up to obtain the appropriate signatures required to process orders.
- Places orders with each individual company electronically, via fax or by phone.
- Accurately enters purchase orders and generates receipt of goods in computer system.
- Efficiently receives and checks in supplies according to corporate standards and using established procedures.
- Organizes and prioritizes incoming external mail according to department standards.
- Processes the return of damaged supplies and equipment on a timely basis;
- Responsible for following up with Accounts Payable to assure appropriate credits are received.
- Accurately enters purchase orders and performs receipt of goods in computer system.
- Receives and distributes corporate mail as outlined in the company’s mail processing guidelines.
