Trainer. The primary function of this role involves conducting training and development programs for employees. The role necessitates the collection of information, conducting research, and creating training materials and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct various training and development programs for employees
• Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers
• Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen
• Organize and develop or obtain training procedure manuals and guides
• Maintain and update course materials such as handouts and visual materials
• Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness
• Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for training purposes
• Apply knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design
• Apply knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, and leadership techniques.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service and Communication
• Prior experience in Training, Research, and Materials Handling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration and About Time software
• Strong Leadership Skills and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in conducting Surveys and understanding of Principles related to the role
• Skills in Video Production and Modeling Techniques
• Experience in developing and executing Training Programs
• Excellent Written Communication skills
• Experience in creating Training Materials and providing Consultation
• Proficiency in various Computer Programs
• Skill in Resource Allocation and understanding of Procedure Manual
