Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work directly with our Client in Palm Bay, FL. Interested?

-Performs general cost accounting and other related duties in the accounting department.-Prepare periodic (monthly) balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.-Maintain the general ledger.-Code invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books.-Reconcile bank accounts at least monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks.-Reconcile customer accounts and manages accounts receivable collections.-Verify payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.-Provide outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.-File required tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.-Coordinate when appropriate with software vendors to maintain accounting software system; recommends updates to enhance the accounting software.-Perform all tasks safely and maintain a clean organized work environment.-Maintain cooperative and professional interactions.
