We're hiring a Loan Operations Funding Specialist to join our Loan Operations Team in Souderton, PA.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the following core loan operations: verification of loan documents for booking, process funding requests for loan advances, process general ledger entries for fees, complete wire transfers, daily loan settlements and balance accounts as needed.

Perform all funding processes for Capital Investments group

As needed transaction processing of commercial participation loans, SWAP loans, warehouse lines, unused & evergreen letters of credit fees. This includes monitoring spreadsheets, creating invoices, fee transactions, and corresponding with lenders and customers as needed.

Process requests to fund loans in a timely fashion while ensuring that all policy and regulatory requirements are met.

Accountable for tracking, scanning, and verification of documents to the Synergy Imaging System

Act as a backup to the loan boarding/booking team during peak times.

Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent with minimum of 3 years bank loan operations experience

Excellent customer service, written/verbal communication, and telephone skills

Advanced comprehension of mortgage, commercial, consumer loans

Ability to read and comprehend complex loan contracts

Ability to perform loan accounting computations, including interest accruals, payment amortizations, billing calculations

Ability to work independently, organize, prioritize and enter data quickly and accurately to meet deadlines, including end of month activity

Excellent problem solving and organizational skills

Advanced PC and word processing skills required to utilize varying proprietary Windows based software applications

Familiarity with ComplianceOne, Jack Henry, Synapsis, Laser Pro, Synergy, LQAS, and Salesforce/nCino preferred

Wage Range:

The salary for this position ranges from $15.29 to $26.63/hr
