Collections Specialist

This is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain customer accounts with accuracy
• Process and clean up intercompany accounts
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure all details are updated and accurate
• Answer inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries
• Use Accounting Software Systems to manage financial data
• Utilize CRM and Epic Software to streamline tasks
• Oversee Billing Functions and ensure all invoices are accurate and sent on time
• Handle Collection Processes and implement strategies to ensure timely payment
• Manage Claim Administration efficiently
• Use Accurint and ADP - Financial Services to enhance financial processes.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with Accurint
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Proficient with CRM
• Knowledgeable about Epic Software
• Ability to manage Accounts Receivable (AR)
