Job Overview

As the first official Product Manager to join Collectibles.com, you will report directly to the Head of Product and you will play an instrumental role in shaping the future of our trading card platform. You will be responsible for driving the success of our product by helping create solutions that delight card collectors and help them tap into their passions like never before.
You will be in close contact with our user community, interviewing them regularly to define new features, then working with the Collectibles Product Team to design and develop prototypes and test these with users. You will execute fearlessly with the team to ship product, measure results, and then refine.

For this PM role, it is important you understand the ins and outs of Card collecting, across Sportscards and TGC as there are many nuances to card collecting that one must understand deeply in order to ensure product solutions adhere to the collectors' mental models.

Requirements

Your Role
  • Define product requirements & work with engineering, design and broader team to bring our roadmap to market at lightning speed
  • Identifying new features & developing roadmaps to deliver exceptional value to our users
  • Improving and refining existing features
  • Organize product releases properly and ensure deadlines are met
  • Do whatever it takes to ensure the engineering team is operating effectively, unblock them and make sure they can move at a rapid pace
  • Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
  • Clearly communicate roadmap, progress, and insights to key teams and stakeholders
  • Define KPIs and customer outcomes to measure success
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of overall product management experience, much of that focused on B2C products
  • Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation
  • Extensive knowledge of the trading card space, including sports cards and TCG.
  • Shipped sizable products and are used to working through the entire Product Development Lifecycle
  • Proven track record of using data, user feedback and intuition to drive sound product decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
