Acara Solutions is looking for a Senior Packaging Strategist Leader in Scottsdale, AZ

Pay: $200K-$225K

Performance Objectives
The successful candidate will:

Lead the transition and transformation from packaging to system level and application

product driven focus for power modules.

Prioritize with business partners and lead customers packaging enabling technology and

roadmap for power packaging solutions (discrete and modules)

Is the US based packaging lead interface on strategic package development programs from

inception to release leveraging packaging experts' teams in different time zones.

Lead, organize problem solving and escalate critical outcome to executive leadership
Organize the weekly, monthly, quarterly KPI results and gap consolidation

Demonstrates proficiency in writing and speaking, able to communicate vision, value

proposition and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders

Explains and presents technical risks and opportunities succinctly and clearly to senior

management

Exhibits strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively

with others
