Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain training for Rail Switching Team
- Develop and maintain training for Chemical Loading Team
- Develop and maintain training for the Logistics Team
- Develop and maintain training for the Shipping Operations Team
- Manage and update the Shipping SharePoint online portal.
- Implementation and management of digital procedures/checklists
- Identify potential training gaps and develop action plans to correct deviations.
- Perform Life Critical permit training and maintain qualifications
- Support unit team with the ability to write work notifications
- Develop, modify, and manage Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines
- Support and Lead Management of Change work processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to work processes and technology.
- Continuously monitors and tests the application of technical knowledge in field and process activities.
- Responsible for keeping the SOP, EOP, and CONOPS material updated
- Maintain training record documentation per retention policies
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education Requirements: High School Diploma
- 2+ years of experience within the chemical /refinery plants
- Skilled in people development and teaching
- Understands process technology.
- Understands SOP (documentation, changes ad creations)
- Experience with managing document control processes
- Competent in Microsoft programs (office, excel and word)
- Understands equipment pumps, consoles, trouble shooting valves and other equipment.
- Understands operating procedures.
- Experience in chemical loading rail cars and other trucks.
- Communicates effectively with leadership and other operations personnel.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to work processes and technology.
