Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage and direct all aspects of construction projects, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor project engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of work.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and project success.
• Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints. Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
• Quality Assurance & Safety: Ensure all work meets Boldt Construction's quality standards and complies with safety regulations and building codes.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks or issues and develop mitigation plans to address them.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reports.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, ideally with large-scale or complex projects.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Experience with construction project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar)
• In-depth understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes
• Certifications: PMP, CCM, or LEED accreditation is a plus but not required.
• Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What's on Offer

• Base Salary: $120,000-150,000+ per year, paid on a bi-weekly/monthly basis
