- Maintain and update job files using project management software for accurate documentation.
- Process payroll and per diems, ensuring all documentation is submitted to the corporate office promptly.
- Input project information into Procore and generate weekly reports for collections, CSI, and JOR tracking.
- Prepare Work in Progress (WIP) reports and oversee the submission of subcontractor payment applications.
- Verify Master Subcontractor Agreements and manage purchase orders to support project needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials, labor, and logistics for painting crews.
- Oversee office inventory, procurement of supplies, and management of incoming/outgoing mail.
