The Role
This internship starts on June 2, 2025 and ends on September 12, 2025.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Hybrid Schedule: This role requires on-site work 2-3 days per week at the Times Square office, with flexibility to work from the Westchester and Queens offices as needed.
Hourly rate: $35.00
The Player Operations Intern will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of US Open Player Operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in professional tennis operations, working across various player-focused areas, including research, activations, and operational logistics.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with seasonal staff working in player areas to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Assist with coordinating interviews and compiling research related to players to support initiatives and activations.
- Support the planning and execution of Player Operations functions, such as locker rooms, fitness center, player gifting, and laundry services.
- Manage and coordinate vendor access and relations during the US Open.
- Provide administrative support for the Player Medical Operation, including record-keeping and logistical tasks.
- Maintain and update the project timeline using Monday.com, as directed by the Manager of Professional Tennis Operations.

- Proficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft Office
- Experience with developing presentation decks (i.e. PowerPoint/or Google Slides)
- Capable of working independently and in a collaborative business environment
- Live event experience and proficiency in a foreign language is a plus
